Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Welcome hamper and doggy extras. (1 well behaved dog allowed)
Enclosed secure rear and front garden with garden furniturei n both locations. Extensive patio with lawned garden. Private parking for 2-3 cars. No smoking.
Please note: There is a step from patio to lawn. There two steps from the hallway into the open plan living area.

A lovely holiday cottage in a converted steading. Well kitted out and a very comfortable bed. Good water presure in the shower! Was just me and the dog for this stay and the large front and back garden is perfect for dogs. Well located for all the East Neuk attractions and the south west facing back garden will be a real sun trap in the summer. Will definitely be back!

This is the second time in 3 months we have stayed here and once again it didn't disappoint. Its such peaceful surrounding and the cottage is stunning with everything you could want for you and your dog. They have thought of everything! Thank you. We will definitely be back again soon.
